A world-leading, multi-national healthcare group is seeking two experienced interim Heads of Business Controlling to support their UK & Ireland operations for a 5–6 month assignment.

In this high-impact role you’ll report to the UK&I Finance Director, you’ll lead the production and control of all financial and management information, driving short- and long-term strategic planning to meet critical business deadlines. You’ll add real value through consistent, high-quality monthly reporting and forecasting, robust modelling and scenario planning enabling data-driven decisions across the organisation

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage, motivate, and develop the Business Controlling team, while partnering with the Finance Director in driving transformation in systems, processes, and performance.

• The role requires an experienced ACA, ACCA or ACMA with strong SAP and FP&A credentials, experienced in leading and motivating a high performing team
• One role will focus on the UK market, the other on Ireland
• Hybrid working (after initial period fully on site while building key relationships)
• Immediate start preferred
