MDM recruited me into an ideal fit as Financial Controller (now Group FC) in a growing SME in my first move into industry. They were highly professional and responsive throughout the process and would certainly recommend them. As our team continues to grow, it’s great to know that I won’t have to trawl through mediocre CVs to find the best candidates as MDM do such a great job of matching candidates to roles.
