However what really impressed us was the quality of the candidates he presented. He provided a shortlist of 4, any one of which we’d have taken- in fact we did consider whether we could create an extra role- they were that good. unfortunately we only had the budget for the one role we advertised but, almost a month in, the candidate is delivering exactly what we asked Mike to provide us with. As our team continues to grow, it’s great to know that I won’t have to trawl through mediocre CVs to find the best candidates as MDM do such a great job of matching candidates to roles.
