We instructed MDM to recruit a Group Head of Finance for our privately owned consumer products business. They had an excellent understanding of our business and the ideal character that would fit into our team. MDM recruited me into an ideal fit as Financial Controller (now Group FC) in a growing SME in my first move into industry. As our team continues to grow, it’s great to know that I won’t have to trawl through mediocre CVs to find the best candidates as MDM do such a great job of matching candidates to roles.
