Remuneration

• Up to £80,000 + car allowance + up to 20% bonus

The Role

• Lead all financial reporting and planning functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, aligning them with business objectives.
• Manage the preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory reports.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support decision-making and drive financial strategy.
• Lead a finance team, providing mentorship and ensuring the implementation of best practices.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant relevant post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in financial leadership roles, with a strategic mindset.
• Strong technical skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, able to work effectively with senior management.
