Our client is a high growth, PE-backed Group that is looking to recruit a Group Financial Accountant into their Group Finance team.

This is a pivotal role, working closely with senior finance leadership and key stakeholders across the business. You’ll play an integral part in enhancing financial reporting, strengthening controls, and supporting ongoing growth, including M&A activity.

The Role

• Ownership of monthly group reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) with insightful analysis.
• Delivery of robust balance sheet reconciliations and controls.
• Supporting statutory accounts preparation (FRS102) and audit processes.
• Involvement in tax reporting and compliance.
• Business partnering with subsidiaries to enhance financial controls.
• Supporting due diligence on acquisitions and investments.
• Playing a key role in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

The Candidate

• ACA newly or recently qualified from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm.
• Strong technical accounting capability.
