Role Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join a growing lower to mid-market advisory firm as a Partner. This role focuses on driving deal flow and delivering tailored solutions to clients across a variety of sectors. Based in Manchester, you’ll play a pivotal role in the firm’s continued growth in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong network across the North West to generate deal flow and identify new opportunities.
• Lead the execution of corporate finance transactions, including M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory projects.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners, private equity firms, and professional intermediaries.
• Drive business development initiatives, taking ownership of the firm’s presence and profile in the region.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
