MDM Resourcing are working exclusively with a leading Corporate Finance boutique firm based in Manchester.  Due to continued expansion, the firm is looking to supplement their team.  The firm specialises in a wide variety of M&A transactions from MBOs, fundraisings, as well as both buy and sell side including IPOs and PE backed transactions.  The successful candidate will ideally be a recently qualified (or about to qualify) in either audit or tax trained ACA from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm.   You will be a self starter, with a strong drive to succeed and excellent communication skills.
