Today is a special day for MDM Resourcing, as it marks our 25th anniversary.

25 years ago we had the (not particularly revolutionary) idea of creating a financial recruitment business that didn’t ‘sell’ its services but simply provided straightforward, honest advice to clients and candidates.

This ethos has guided our business throughout its journey and helped us recruit senior finance candidates for leading north west businesses and organisations.

We would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to the shrewd entrepreneurs and visionary private equity investors who have helped the north west economy thrive over the last 25 years. They have sealed the region’s reputation as a dynamic and thriving hub of industry and commerce, which has led to continuous demand for financial talent.

Thanks also to the many loyal clients and candidates who have trusted us to guide and support them.

Hopefully, the depth of knowledge we have amassed over the years, alongside our highly personal and consultative approach, has also helped!

We take great satisfaction from the fact that many of the newly qualified candidates whose careers we helped guide 25 years ago are now holding CFO and CEO positions in highly successful businesses and continue to use us for their own recruitment needs.

Virtually all of MDM’s work comes from referral and we are frequently told that clients and candidates alike value the well informed advice we provide.

Although we have embraced the efficiencies made possible by technology, we certainly don’t see it replacing instinct and experience when it comes to making decisions about the key leaders and influencers of businesses.

Our approach of combining the latest technology with well-honed instinct and a personal touch has worked for 25 years and we look forward to being a part of the region’s thriving business and financial community for many more years to come.
