Our client is a successful fund management / private equity firm, that is now looking to add a new revenue stream to the business by preparing statutory accounts ‘in-house’ for 3rd party accounts / own companies.  The role will involve statutory accounts preparation from trial balance for trading businesses, property companies and special purpose vehicles (SPVs).  There is also the opportunity to be involved with Fund Administrator third party support and review – including the monitoring of net asset value calculations and assist in the new investment review and appraisal; as well as audit support and investment due diligence support. 

The ideal candidate will have trained with a small or medium firm of accountants, where you will have had extensive experience of preparing statutory accounts.  There is an excellent opportunity to develop and grow with this highly progressive and entrepreneurial firm.
