Our client is one of the North West’s most profitable private equity backed businesses.  With EBITDA of over £40m on turnover of c£170m, the business is now looking to recruit a high calibre Commercial Finance Analyst

Reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager and working closely with the Commercial team, your role will involve:

• Monthly performance analysis to highlight trends, challenge product performance and understand variances.
• Collaborating with the commercial team to present findings, identify opportunities and deliver benefits.
• Project and one off analysis to help appraise acquisitions and support internal due diligence.
• Input into the FP&A process to ensure delivery of long term strategic goals.

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.  You should be proactive and have a highly inquisitive character, with excellent communication / collaborative skills to work with a variety of stakeholders to deliver commercial analytical insight.   The role would potentially suit a first move into industry from practice or alternatively someone who is already in industry.  Prospects for career progression are excellent as the business continues to grow both organically and acquisitively.
